To guarantee fast and dependable transit, all our packages are handled and dispatched through our trusted courier partner, Prompt Xpress. Our standard delivery fee starts at LKR 400, though final rates may adjust slightly at checkout depending on the overall weight, parcel dimensions, or specific destination of your order.

Once your order is confirmed, our team carefully packs and prepares it for dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours. Deliveries within the Western Province typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days, while outstation orders generally take between 2 to 5 business days, excluding Sundays and mercantile holidays.

As soon as your package is handed over to Prompt Xpress, we will share a unique tracking number with you via SMS or email. You can use this tracking ID on the Prompt Xpress website to monitor your shipment’s journey in real time until it arrives.

To avoid any unexpected delays, please ensure your delivery address, nearby landmarks, and active phone numbers are entered accurately during checkout. The courier rider will reach out before delivery, so keeping your phone reachable during daytime hours will help ensure a seamless handover.
